Vishal B. Shah
Founder & Chief Executive
Vishal comes from a strong business background - both from a professional and academic perspective. He started his career at Deloitte & Touché LLP in its Atlanta office and led numerous engagements in the IT/Telecom industry for several years. Prior to founding Thotmatrix, he led the information systems/forensic audit team at CompuCredit Corporation.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.S. in Decision & Information Sciences from the University of Florida, a M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Lancaster (UK) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Loyola College, India.
Nitesh Damani
Co-Founder & Capital Partner
Nitesh is a Director at Sugal & Damani Group, a multi-million dollar conglomerate with its flagship operations in the Lotteries & Gaming industry. He is responsible for the group's lottery business in Western India. A pioneer of online lotteries, he is a powerhouse of progressive and innovative ideas. A container freight station (CFS) and Bio-Diesel 'Jatropha (Ethanol)' cultivation are two of his recent endeavors.
He holds an MBA from S.P. Jain University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Loyola College.
Ami Damani
Vice President – Business Development & Client Relations
Ami has extensive experience in sales, marketing and relationship management. Her portfolio spans corporations such as American Express and HDFC Bank where she led client relations and business development teams. In her current position, she is responsible for business development, marketing and customer relationship management.
She holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from the University of Madras.
